Scholarships Supported by Foragen

The fourth annual Classique de golf FSAA - Banque Royale, a golf tournament organized by the agriculture and food sciences faculty of Université Laval in Quebec City, was held on September 10th at the Club de golf et curling in Drummondville. Honorary president of this year’s tournament was Yves Mathieu, agronomist and Vice-President associated, Agricultural and AgriBusiness Banking Québec of the Royal Bank, one of the financial partners of the Limited Partnership, Foragen Technology Ventures Inc..The purpose of the event is to raise funds to support education in the Agri-food sector.

In addition to its presence at the event, Foragen made a donation to the admissions scholarships of excellence program, thereby providing scholarships for two deserving students. We offer our congratulations to Nadia Vaillancourt of Huntingdon and Josée Gagnon of Limoilou on their outstanding academic performance. The issues and challenges faced by professionals working in the agri-food industry are daunting, and we depend on dynamic young professionals to rise to the occasion. You are contributing to our future success, and we recognize the importance of this. Good luck in your studies.
